Refund Policy

24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Crystal Clear Healing Therapy, we value your time and the time of our therapist.

 

When you book an appointment, that slot is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can continue to provide high-quality care to all our clients, we adhere to the following policy:

 

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

 

Timely Notice: If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your start time, you will receive a full refund or may apply your deposit toward a future session.

 

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a late fee (typically 50% to 100% of the session price).

 

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without any notice will result in a forfeiture of the full session fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please use one of the following methods:

Note: The cancellation time is recorded based on when your message is received.

Refunds for Prepaid Services

Approved Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made outside the 24-hour window will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds: If a late cancellation fee applies, the remaining balance of your prepayment will be returned to you or kept as a credit on your account, per your preference.

Emergency Exceptions
 

We understand that emergencies, sudden illnesses, or inclement weather can happen. If you find yourself in an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle true emergencies on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our therapist.
